The Essence Of This Reorganisation Consisted To Begin

The essence of this reorganisation consisted to begin with in the ruthless analysis of system of the relations which have developed in my business life, and it has appeared that the good few was put by me carried out instead of the employees, is more exact for those from them who worked slowly or with the big share : I did not have not enough patience to wait necessary result and I got down to business. As consequence, one frankly started to parasitize on me, at others I the intervention beat off aspiration to initiative work: to what to try, if the chief all the same makes all itself?. At first on a habit immediately to react to a situation, I wanted was a sabre on the developed knot, yes in time have recollected that arches bend with and not suddenly. It is possible to show what claims to people if they do not have exact duty regulations? I did not begin to make itself these instructions, I have asked everyone to make them for myself. Curious the picture has turned out: the majority of my employees have made them with excess of that circle of obligations which they carried out! And only one , from recently accepted some muffled lines which being are read aloud on at one have caused thunderous laughter ("Well, there is no on you Zhvanetsky!"), at others fastidious remarks.
