The Essence Of This Reorganisation Consisted To Begin
The essence of this reorganisation consisted to begin with in the ruthless analysis of system of the relations which have developed in my business life, and it has appeared that the good few was put by me carried out instead of the employees, is more exact for those from them who worked slowly or with the big share : I did not have not enough patience to wait necessary result and I got down to business. As consequence, one frankly started to parasitize on me, at others I the intervention beat off aspiration to initiative work: to what to try, if the chief all the same makes all itself?.
